We use Royal Mail to ship and track all orders, so your masks are safe with us. You can choose using one of the two shipping methods listed below.

1/ Royal Mail 48 tracked This is the free shipping option from Citann. You will receive your mask in three to four working days. You also have the option to change your delivery date and location before delivery is attempted.

2/ Royal Mail 24 tracked You will receive your mask within the next working day for a fee of £3. Flexible delivery options are available to you, including leaving the item in a safeplace and delivery to a preferred neighbour.

Please note that: - Your mask will be tracked to its delivery point. - You will receive email notifications when your order is placed and has been shipped. - Royal Mail is no longer asking the recipient to sign for items delivered on or after Saturday 14 March 2020.


If you wish to return your product or exchange it for a new one for a valid reason, please send it back to us in the first 15 days after purchase.

Free returns are available for the shipping address you chose. For a full refund with no deduction for return shipping, you can return the item for any reason in new and unused condition.

Please note that products which have been removed from their original packaging, including the outer plastic wrap, cannot be returned or exchanged. In the case that the packaging is not in its original condition the product will be discarded and will not go back to the customer.

The original dispatch note that accompanies your product should be kept in case you need to return the order.

The Sodium Chloride Aerosol Challenge (NaCl) – NIOSH Respirator Prequalification test uses a widely accepted method for evaluating particle penetration and air flow resistance properties of a variety of filtration materials.

Respirators must be prequalified before submitting to NIOSH for certification; other materials, such as breathing system filters and face masks, are tested to determine filtration efficiency for marketing. These tests are performed for masks seeking N95 respirator pre-certification.


The Particle Filtration Efficiency (PFE) test evaluates the nonviable particle retention or filtration efficiency of filter media and other filtration devices at sub-micron levels.

This test is performed on face masks and all filter material that allows 1 cubic foot per minute (CFM) flow to pass through it.


The Bacterial Filtration Efficiency (BFE) test is performed on filtration materials and devices that are designed to provide protection against biological aerosols, such as face masks, surgical gowns, caps, and air filters.
